It would show that they're the same level. So their ratings would be the same. But.... after 100 games it could be a different story.
I knew a guy who'd played for many years but never played a rated tournament. He was about 1200 or 1300 uscf level but in his very first event he played 1 rated game and beat a 1600+ player.
I think his class B opponent just underestimated him. It would be a different story if they played many games. But for some reason the uscf published his rating of over 2000 even though he'd only played a single game. So he thought he was an expert and made sure everybody knew his rating. Over his next few events his rating dropped like it was falling off a cliff to a more realistic level. He decided to quit tournaments. So 1 game doesn't mean much, it's an overall average that matters. So just ignore if a rating drops from a draw.
