Will i get banned?

I gained 800 elo in the last 7 days in Bullet, without breaking any rules, but i am really scared that chess.com might just ban me as i gained way to much elo way too fast. Will this happen?

OMG, I just checked: No way you're getting blasted for cheating. 30s-40s% accuracy in horrible games that win on time against someone up material with lots of pointless premoves is barely chess.

If you watch these games at slow pace you might feel bad about the future of chess

Wins in 30 second chess and 10 second chess are predicated on both who can make the first gimmicky moves to win the opponent's pieces and who can move the fastest. Chess principles are thrown out the window.

If you cheated, then perhaps. If not, you have nothing to worry about.
