Your opponent can't force your piece to move to the wrong square.
I move to the wrong square a lot on my phone and it's mostly a touch screen screen sensitivity and big finger issue when moving quickly.
I won't say there might not be some issue when releasing/dragging close to the edges of a square, just it isn't something your opponent is doing.
That said, if you think your opponent is a bot, please report them to staff, not in the forums

Its rare this one happens. But its further proof of hacking this website and bot accounts. My final move before a mate is one square off. Its absolutely ridiculous how chess.com is and other companies are pretending this isnt a real issue. They often ban you from forums for whistleblowing this stuff too
