twiddy-twitt??
www.twitter.com

I'm on twitter (same screen-name as here). I'm new to the site, but it's interesting. Quite a few celebs are on there, if you want to 'follow' them, or just keep up to date with what your friends are doing.
It really seems to be taking off at the moment. You're all welcome to 'follow' me if you want to...

I'm DeepGreene in the twitterverse as well. I find that the TweetDeck application (which runs in both Windows and Mac on Adobe's Air platform) adds a lot of value, as it allows you to group the people you follow anyway you like.
Not sure why the nay-sayers are so passionate, but to heck with them anyway. There's a lot of micro-blogging that has nothing to do with what you're having for dinner or the size of your last poop. Depending on whom you follow, Twitter can be pretty much whatever you make of it. Geeks, bloggers, news agencies, stay-at-home dads, service providers of all sorts, haiku poets, you name it. And it's fast. For instance, the recent emergency landing of flight 1549 in the Hudson river made a huge splash (sorry) in the Twitter community long before CNN had a clue. Etc.

If anyone here at Chess.com blogs about the site at twitter remember to put a # sign i.e. #Chess.com. Hashtags can be used to search for terms, so ANY tweet with #Chess.com can be found using a simple search.
Oh, and feel free to follow me! I will be twittering about Chess.com, chess events, and chess in general, as well as general stuff that I do...
Any twitter users here? I am "farbrortheguru"
