It depends on the position.... if the position is closed than the knights are better... if there are less pawns on the board with many open diagonals, white would likely have the advantage... Do you have any specific position in mind?

Adding to that:
If there are pawns on both the queen side and the king side it is good for the bishop since it can go from one part of the board to the other part in just one move.
If the pawns (both white and black) are located on the same side of the board it is good for the knight.
