It looks completely lost for White but perhaps Qb5 saves the game?
P.S. You will lose the Rook after 1. Qb5 Qf3+ 2. Kg1 Qe3+ 3. Kg2 Qxc1 but after 4. Qxe2 White would be the one with the winning chances, even though a draw is more likely. I no longer see a win for Black after 1. Qb5.
