Easy and lame.
1) fork the king and queen. No matter how you capture, it is stalemate, and if the King moves, BxQ is a draw.
2) Skewer the King to the Queen, if King takes, stalemate.
3) c4+ followed by d5+ followed by e4 - draw.
4) Toggle the King between g1 and h1 until either 50 moves or stalemate occurs.
