How to make Queen Rook Philidor position

I've mastered how to win Queen Rook endgame at Philidor position.
But I don't know how to make that position.
if you have a nice practicing video please recommend.
You can't always reach the Philidor position if your opponent knows how to avoid it. There are also some other important positions you have to know (like the third rank defence). I personally learned this ending with chessable, because I found it easier than with videos.

There is series of videus from Derek Grimmel. About 10 - 15 videos about several defensive and attacking methods. Bud i doń recommend anyone under 2000 to study this endgame.
