This is a hoax. No bot can blunder this position except the notorious BLUNDERBOT. It is the #1 suspect for its habit to mess up the direction of pawn play. But it has an alibi for this one. It occasionally missed a blunder and is currently undergoing a DOWNGRADE. I must insist - this report is a hoax!
Is this position a draw?

First of all the set up is wrong . . .
Black is coming down . . . White is going up . . .
You didn't say who's move it is . . .
If you click on the analysis icon on the bottom of the post
it will take you there and you will see that it is all wrong. . .
you can make a queen immediately 1. A8 Q . . . with white . . . or
Black Be4 , , , It is useless . . .
+1

To answer your question, if you flip the board upside-down, you get this position, which is actually a draw, even though the engine doesn't think so:

For me it's a draw for sure.
Today in one my game the Computer was obviously wrong with its + and its - figures.

Yeah, I set up the board wrong. Thanks, I was confused because the engine thinks it is winning.

I was playing a bot recently and got this endgame, I continued to play, but it seemed a draw. The bot blundered though, and I won. But, in this position, with correct play from white, is a draw? I put it in the engine and it gave a 4.88 advantage for white. However after the 50 move rule, it was a draw. Is this position a draw?
And how could the bot lose in this position?
Which wrong move did the bot make?

Yes, indeed. Read my post, it tells the real unabridged fairytale!

They said they set up the board wrong in #9.
Okey... but maybe I am stupid... maybe I am blind... but I can't again figure out... what would be bot's wrong move in this drawish position?
But tonight I lost the such shameful game ( that I allow it already... that I simply don't see this move.
Now I allow already anything. )

I'm guessing something like this happened:

It's rather interesting because black CAN keep white off of a1 by putting his bishop on the long diagonal. But then there's still a stalemate trap on b1.
I'm guessing something like this happened:
In fact, this is the way a moron - not a bot - would lose this endgame:
