From Pachman's Endgame Book, he says this is a win for white in all variations, I see a draw in several variations, I am only able to confirm a win, with 1. a5+ Kc6 and 1. a5+ Kxa5, others such 1...Ka7 or 1...Kb7 seem to draw.  Has anyone studied this position and can confirm Pachman's analysis is off?

Can Black salvage something?: Too bad it's White's move, for White clearly has a positional advantage, being more in the center. However, I think Black's best responce to 1. a6+ is 1. ... kxa5, for then if 2. dxe7 ... Nc6+ and Black stops the promotion and is up one pawn...hmm....Thanks for the position. It is more intriguing than at first glance.

After 1. a5+!, The black capture on a5 is bad, 1... Kxa5? 2. dxe7 Nc6+ 3. Kc5 Nxe7 4. Ne5! and Black is in zugzwang, and mated with either 5. Nc6 or if 4...b4 5. Nc4 mate
