If the second black pawn is on the sixth rank instead of the fifth then both win with
1 Qd1+ Kb2 2 Qd2+ Kb1 3 Qb4+ (this does not work with black pawns on a5 or c5) Kc2 4 Qa3 Kb1 5 Qb3+ Ka1 6 Qc2 and 7 Qc1#
(granted 1 Qb8, 2 Qb3, 3 Qc2 and 4 Qc1# is quicker). A key is being able to play Qc2 with the Black king on a1 and the other Black pawn still able to move.
