RR vs. Q

Hello everyone,
I had an interesting endgame recently, that I've been unable to win. It was a RRvsQ endgame. I am kind of aware of the endless discussions about what is better, and I did rely on those opinions when I decided to trade the queen for 2 rooks in this game, but I find it very hard to coordinate the rooks in the given position. Indeed, I have not been able to convert this 2 pawn advantage, neither in the game nor now, when trying it against the computer several times (I would also not be able to defend the position against the engine). The engine gives an advantege, and my common sense tells me black is winning, but I am curious whether you guys could win it, what plans one could come up with, and whether you think this is won in a practical game. My engine strangely was unable to win it against itself, as it seemed, although giving a huge advantage.
I'm looking forward to your comments.

I think the two rooks are better, especially on the seventh rank.  Two rooks on the seventh rank can win all of the pawns on the seventh rank, as well as maybe mate the king.

I would aim to win the isolated white pawn without sacrificing either of the black pawns on that side. This is exactly the advantage of two rooks - you can line them both up on the isolated pawn and then the Queen is no protection. Also, the white king is on the wrong side of the board.

From this point of view, you have already possibly made a mistake by not playing Ra5 when you had the chance. Try putting *that* position into your engine.

No, 1. bxa8(Black N)+??, Nxc7 draws. Instead 1. b8(BN)#

He means it's a joke puzzle which can be solved by illegally promoting a pawn to a piece of a different colour - which I believe was once not actually prohibited (much as it was once theoretically legal to castle "vertically" with an underpromoted-to-Rook pawn on e8 (or e1)).
