Same Color Bishop Help!

you have to learn this.. perhaps these type of endgames are available in the internet.. you can go for a GOOGLE SEARCH..

Here's the best link I have found for up to 6 pieces. Just enough for you. I remember it takes a bit of getting used to, like all sites, but then it holds your hand through various patterns. Luck

well lets start with this:
-keep your kind close to your pawns
-learn zugswang rules for king vs king
-if you trade your bishop for their bishop its a win for you
-push your pawns while your kind and bishop are there to protect them
one more thing, are the pawns connected or not?
Are the pawns connected or not, can you post your position?
Connected pawns:
The key thing is that the bishop of the opposite side only controls one color, advance the pawns so that they attack the other color. That way you control all the space to advance and no blockades can be done. Another key thing is that the bishop exchange is offerable all the time since the resulting pawn ending is winning. Your king must control lots of space before you advance. Once you advance all the way to the 6th rank some finesse is needed but otherwise ok.
Here is a standard position from Averbach, white wins.
The difficulties arise when one of the pawns is a rook pawn. The key here is zugzwang and controlling diagonals. Remember the bishop can capture the knight pawn for a draw. But it is winnable, just much harder.
Disconnected pawns:
The win is also straightforward, but drawing positions arise when one of the pawns is a rook pawn and that rook pawn has advanced too far. I post a position from Godlidse v. Kasparjan, 1929 with no analysis, if the rook pawn was farther back its a win.
Hi all,
I'm having the hardest time with King, Bishop, +2 Pawns vs King + Bishop same color Bishop. I've been working on this for weeks and hours. No luck! I just can't seem to Queen a Pawn. I've been told this is easy, and I've done harder things, but I just can't seem to get it. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
