That's only for games. For endgames it is a puzzle with at most 7 units in the diagram!

That’s fine but the puzzle isn’t a draw, white can play the pawn check and win

Umm, it's still a draw
Kh7 ready to take the opposition when white captures...
of course it could get trickier if white does not capture then its all down to corresponding squares
