No one system is gonna make anybody 1500.people worship the London system like it’s a magic alexir

No, only playing the London system will stunt chess growth.

You can probably gain 200 points in a short period of time if you work on the Polgar's puzzle book. That book has really good exercises for weaving the mating net. I have been away from chess for 15 years and come back recently. Chess players these days tend to play games with an utter disregard for king safety and I have won many games by checkmating opponent's king in the middle of the board. Players these days like to get the king to your side of the board early even with queen still on the board. You will have lots of opportunities to practice weaving the mating net
