In the "Study Plan Directory" you're considered a begginer with a rating <1399

I believe the approach for a 1300 player and a 700-1000 level player is different in terms of learning. That's why I rather not classify someone 1350 as beginner and 1400 as intermediate.
Here I was thinking that intermediate starts with 1800...
