Endgame draws in chess.com

Hi everyone.
Why are there games that they end as draws, although there is a clear winner. For example opposite king is cornered at h8 and my queen at g6. Game ended as draw. Is this normal?

This is a draw by stalemate. The king is not in check and white has no legal moves.
This is one of the rules of chess, called "stalemate." If your opponent has no possible moves and he is not in check, then it is stalemate.
