What is the thing that you struggle a lot?

So, I'm new to playing (for the most part), and have been doing the daily puzzles, taking lessons,a and playing bots.

My main issue is that when I play the bots, and go through the game analysis, some of the things the system is telling me are mistakes don't really appear to be mistakes and the game analysis appears wrong. For instance, I just completed a game where I was told by the system that casting when I did was the wrong move because I left a pawn hanging. The problem is none of my pawns were hanging. The only Pawn that could be considered to be hanging (under threat of attack) was defended by another pawn diagonal to it, and a rook two squares behind it on the same file. At another point in the analysis, the system tells me that I missed a check mate, but if I took the move that it was recommending, the opposing side could block with a knight or have the king escape horizontally in either direction, so I'm not sure how that would be check mate. Anyway, other than that analysis, I've also noticed that on some of the puzzles, again, the system calls something a checkmate when it doesn't appear to be (often it seems to be a mate in two more moves, but as a beginner, I would prefer to go through those moves and actually secure the mate in the puzzles to make sure I'm reading the board correctly, etc.

I think don't worry too much about the game analysis at the end. It's because the computer is very strong, and we don't play like computers. You could use it as a guide.

I think you're doing the right thing with doing daily puzzles, taking lessons and practice games. Keep it up!
