When you come across strong players that you can beat you should offer a rematch

Congratulations! I love to celebrate the milestones in anyone's chess journey. 1500 is a cool barrier and beating someone from it is the first step to reaching it yourself 
p.s. What was your rating? Around 1200 or so? That is a 300-ish point difference; well done!

lol that is what I would NOT do. I'd quit right there and enjoy the moment. Both players know who the stronger player is (due to ratings being what they are), so as the lower rated player who just won I'd rather not tempt fate and just enjoy the rest of the day basking in the feeling of this accomplishment!
