Just play puzzles, or go analysis your games and learn "Why should i go there?" You'll get used to it one day Or you could search some tips on youtube

Go through the concepts clearing book "Must Know Chess Concepts To Become a Strong Player" available at amazon... When doubts will be cleared you can improve alone as I did

I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. Watch youtube, and always analyze your game after playing no matter if you lose or win

I just started playing chess like a week ago irl and I know the basic of the basics I don't know any ops or endgames how should I evolve by myself
