You are 400, obviously you cant beat a 1500 bot. That is like me saying I cant even beat a grandmaster and being upset about it. You can easily get to 1000 and even higher to 1300 or 1400 just by learning from youtube. After that you can start learning from books.

Tbh bots are lackluster; besides, if he is 400 he probably didn't play humans, so his real rating can be 600 or 200..

Learn what "stalemate" is. It's essential, hard to play chess without it.

Honestly focus on getting better don't focus on too much or openings ,puzzles ,etc try to work on what you think your doing wrong instead

Learn and apply the most important principles of chess.
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.
