How to get back to 300 elo

Improve your game, you'll get back there. Focus more in playing sensible moves. Rating is just a measurement of some sort but not exact reflection of strength.

I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. I charge $10/h, but if you can’t afford too many lessons, don’t worry. I can teach you a lot in an hour. Here to help if you are interested.
If you want to study by yourself, read ‘Logical Chess’. It is really instructive book. You have it on youtube as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eTB7oHeRgM&list=PLUrgfsyInqNa1S4i8DsGJwzx1Uhn2AqlT

I think that with minimal effort, anyone should be able to get to 400. I can't really back that up, but I have no innate chess ability and I made it to 500 that way. Minimal effort, not none; analyse your games and learn about things like principles and tactics, but don't watch 10 hours of YouTube videos about the Manheim-Mannheim-Guerrero-Robinson-Zilberschlag-Hsung-Fonzerelli-McQuack gambit.
