First learn to play slow and do lots of tactics. Then try some fast (blitz not bullet) games. Playing well without thinking depends on instant pattern recognition, which comes after thousands of games.
Don’t. Learn to play slow first. You will get worse at chess. That’s why almost everyone on here is underrated, because they think it’s better to win on time than by playing better moves.
