If you don’t like e4

If anyone can decypher what Knaymeless wanted to say here, please help me.

it doesnt force d4? you can play like 6 other moves besides d4 as black after nf3

Hi! My name is Lauren Goodkind and I'm a chess coach based in California: www.ChessByLauren.com.
If you don't like playing e4, then I suggest playing d4 for the first move. This move gets a pawn in the center. And it opens up lines for the bishop.
I hope that this helps.
