It's offtopic here, but white is obviously winning in that endgame. It's insane to throw away a bishop and settle for a draw.
It's just a stupid attempt if I could think of what il Vaticano looks like

Those who say il vaticano is fake are lying!!
Those who spam the "Beginners" section with nonsense should be banned.
Unfortunately, chess.com moderators are not up to the task. This topic should have been closed years ago.
I agree with you. I’m a newbie, however I did my research and Il Vaticano is a hoax invented by somebody in the /r/AnarchyChess subreddit (WARNING: Reddit contains heavy swearing, so I suggest you stay away from it). Anybody who claims otherwise can spend thirty seconds looking it up.
I do have one question for you, however: is “dea dai cavalli” a valid move? I saw it once on a YouTube thread and tried to look it up, but found nothing. I’m too tired right now to check the FIDE handbook, so could you please confirm if this is a real move? Thank you in advance.
Also, @RookVortex get off of this topic. If anybody from India is stupid it can only be you. I’ve actually played against a lot of Indian players and all of them were amazing; I lost to most of them, I’ll admit. Learn some communication skills before you tackle the challenge of speaking online, alright?

I'm seeing people arguing about it here and I don't know why, but I can confirm it is real. It has happened in a lot of my games. Hope this helped!
