Try running Game Review on the game, I think that fixes the problem you are seeing.

The Android app has always toggled like this.
I run Game Review on all my games and I think if you first run Game Review on a game, then it will show you both the engine lines and the move category.

Thanks for your response. Running Game Review first has no impact. I guess my memory is faulty and you were never able to have both on at the same time. Why chesscom can't allow both to be on at the same time, I have no idea.

I swear I used to have both on so it would show the best move "star" or the book icon etc. next to the piece on the board on the left while at the same time showing the best engine lines on the right.
