Also the rating of the bots on chess.com are kinda inflated so even a 1100 could beat Nelson consistently

I figured it out! Let me explain. So I was depressingly losing to Nelson.. (As usual) and after losing for the 7th time to him today I was about to give up and lye on my bed in sadness when I googled a topic out of rage that helped people beat Nelson. Before you say'' But that's not helping you with chess skills! You are just cheating.'' It did. The topic said that if you don't attack too much and trade queens with a good defense, you will be fine. And I realized that I was attacking so much I forgot to defend. And I thought only castling was gonna cut it. With that, I beat him, and learnt something new so I can be a better player in the future! PS: I still hate him from how much I failed though, and won't be using scholars mate for awhile. LOL.

That ain't cheating, that's just research. I don't know how anyone could accuse you of cheating for that.

Well.. There have been a little.. To put it light, ''harsh'' comments on my forum. Before you ask, no, not you. You have been a really nice person. The people I am talking about know who they are.

Learn how to play properly and you won't lose so much.

This one was the first.

Remember, you don't get better by pushing up your Elo number, you get better by winning more games. And one of the best ways to learn how to win games is to lose games first and then learn from them.

But also, I totally get this. Every time I hit a rating peak, I start to get scared to play, because I don't want to ruin that number. And sometimes it's hard to remember that it's not really the number that we're trying to build, it's our understanding of the game.

But, comments like these are the ones that kept me playing chess. And losing. And winning. And that's what it takes to be a player. This is a heartwarming and nice comment. One of them. Only one. Almost all of you have shown me support and gave me advice to be good. You helped me. So, what I realized is I have to say something. Thank you. And remember,'' That it's not really the number that we're trying to build, it's our understanding of the game.''

eh i beatred nelspn 15+ times already

Playing Black against Nelson you can play 1 ... e6, 2 ... Ke7, 3 ... Kd6, 4 ... Kc6, 5 ... Kb6, 6 ... a6, 7 ... Ka7 and then start playing.  Sometimes you need to add some other pawn moves to avoid mate in one.  It is a way to pass some time and a bot doesn't care if you troll it.

nah bruh i do this

and also one of my longest games with him
