I think the most fun in chess is to analyze one of the great games of the masters, especially if you have a good commentary for it as well.

Collecting pawns is easy dopamine so yes. It loses fun if you play competitively and seek to increase e-peen size

It's that great feeling of being smarter and brighter than most people on Earth. Those with mediocre IQ's rarely learn how the Knight moves - It's that rush of being superior.

Not really. Chess isn't a true way to measure pure intelligence, and even more so, your point about how playing chess somehow correlates with high IQ is false. I mean, you are rated 800, saying that your IQ is higher because you have an average rating doesn't make sense.
