This is uncommon advice but I personally believe that playing a lower elo bot to spot their blunders is good training for spotting your opponents blunders. Lower elo players will give you free material but it is up to you to see it. Obviously don't expect humans to make the errors the same way bots do, they make very bizarre blunders. However you are training specifically: Is the piece undefended/hanging? If the piece is defended do you have enough material attacking to win material?"
Yes!! This is actually what really helped me playing bots. I am able to sense or see my opponents blunders more quickly and more often.
