Looking for a better player to play 30 min games or 15|10

Hi, 

I've been playing 10 min games for a while now and only slowly improving. Is there a higher rated player (not like 2000 but like 1300-1600 who is experienced) that can give me advice  during the  game on candidate moves and the reasoning behind it . Thanks
