I research that when you play white you will win 55% of your games when you play black you will win 40% of your games 5% of your games are draw.

If you open a good opening you have a better chance to win.

bad openings: the cola cola gambit that a bad opening or you play the bongcloud opening

good openings: the ruy lopez opening is good or the sicilian defense is good too.

if you have more openings pls tell me

It’s 52-56% win rate for white with an average of 53%

Still shocking probabilities though

Also, there’s no “good” openings, only the openings you are good at. I could very well blunder from 1.e4 and play well from 1.f3

There are recommended openings for beginners > not good openings. Best to choose 1 opening for white and 1 for black and get comfortable with the variations/lines/responses. It certainly helps improve your game.
