Is there a move confirmation setting for live chess like the one you can find in the daily chess settings? I keep making moves by accidentally releasing the mouse button while dragging around figures

Yes. It's in Settings > Live Chess > Confirm each move

No, I don't think it's an option in live chess. I don't see it in my settings, anyway.

You can however set it in the mobile / tablet chess.com app.
