My First Fried Liver Attack

I'm not sure whether this a is a full Fried Liver Attack with Bc4.  But my intent certainly was the play the Fried Liver Attack with my assault on F7 pawn.
My opponent went on to Hang his Queen and I went on to win.
What I am most happy about (other than having a little tunnel vision) was that it shows that I am able to learn openings and then implement, which is a sign of me learning!!!

More on Fried Liver Attack here...it is a line arising from the Two Knights Defense of the Italian Game...

Nice game.  Not really Fried Liver though. That arises from a Two Knights Defense.

What was the time control?

Hi
tacticspotter

Fried liver is d5 instead of h6,pxp nxp

then white goes knight sac and queen check,so the black king would be in the middle of the board vs knight for pawn odds

That is what I suspected - but I based don the same principle) maybe entirely wrong and I am happy that I learnt something wrong).

This was a 10 minute game

Yeah, good idea in rapid time limits.

People seemed to be obsessed by that stupid "fried liver" name, and also they seem to think that it is the 4. Ng5 move. No. Fried liver is 4. Ng5 d5 5.exd5 Nxd5 (a beginner's mistake) 6. Nxf7.

Of course, black's 4. h6?? move in this game is just insane.
