For beginners I think you should play aggressive openings like the scotch gambit or e5 openings, these are good because many tactics can arise from them and for beginners, that's what you have to train to improve, and playing openings which let you see more and more tactics in your games are naturally better than other strategical openings with less tactics since beginners can improve more with tactical openings.
