Hi all. I’ve been doing puzzles for a while and played 40 or so games, but I can’t find anyone who is really interested in playing games, that doesn’t either abandon the game if I make a decent move or, more likely is using some sort of aid to help smash me. I just want honest games. Don’t care if the player is 1500 so long as they would help me learn. I’m 900 in games and run around 1300 in the puzzles. For whatever that is worth.

If you get higher on points, your opponents won't resign without a reason. At this level its auite normall that people dont care about their rating.

Obvious you’re serious being a Diamond member...
As you can tell I’m not an active player myself (working on writing something about chess).
Are the online chess clubs better places (in the Forums section)?
Can you customize your play live matchup criteria somehow to give you better results (like maybe longer games with rating range constraints are less likely to have flaky players)?
As a temp measure if you want to you can friend me & we can set up a time & see how it goes.
