Puzzle rating is not a real rating. It is more like a score, and tend to get bigger the more puzzels you do. While rapid (and the others) rating tend to be stabil around your level of play = only get significantly higher when you improve.
Puzzles rating versus rapid rating

Im very new to chess. (Been playing for 3 weeks) and I am already obsessed with my rating...
I often play the puzzles gamemode because I can easily get little breaks during the day when a proper game is too much of a commitment but a few puzzles aren't. Don't get me wrong tho, I have also played many games. My puzzles rating is now around 1400. How should that transfer to the rapid rating? (Currently around 650)
I am aware that these kind of rough generalisations usually just take people in the wrong direction. I just want to find out if these two ratings are in sync with each other.
