Should your puzzle rating be relative to your game rating? It doesn't seem like it although I wish it was, just because my puzzle rating is 500 points above my rapid rating lol

Yes, your puzzle rating should be higher than your competitive ratings. Puzzle rating is its own, isolated metric system.
