Reading tips

Hello everyone this is my first post.

For some time now I have been playing chess and I enjoy it. I usually play in a semi serious way rapid 15+10 games, two or three a day, and a few blitzes for fun and without commitment.

Arrived at 1250 rapid I began to analyze my games to identify the errors and the reasons that generated them, along with some tactical training on other sites. This pushed me to a score of around 1350. Despite the growth in the score I felt that my knowledge had not grown much.

I am currently reading GMSeirawan's Winning chess strategy book to get some strategic notion that I slowly try to integrate into my games. (few pages every day)

Now, what I feel to be my greatest weakness is the ability to come up with a plan and identify priorities in a certain position. any good reading advice for a player of my level? thanks in advance to those who will reply. I would be happy if you would share personal experiences
