You are a PLATINUM member, which allows access to all 67 computer personalities. The only reason I could think that you would not is if you were not logged in at the time. Mayhap you could provide a screenshot showing the limited access?

Thanks referendarius. There's not much to show. I get ten players rated from 200 to 700and I'm logged in. Tried to find someone working with chess.com for a solution with no luck.
Sorry to hear. Maybe try submitting a Bug Report using the Help button in the lower left? That should raise awareness to staff so they can fix it.
Why am I only getting beginner level bots to play? Until yesterday I got them rated up to 2000
