I found this in a 30 minute game of yours. A pattern I see across your 30 minute games is you're missing lots of tactics and not following the opening principles as often as you should. Fix that and you should see alot of improvement. Don't even worry about other areas of the game until you get these basics down because otherwise the rest of your toolkit isn't going to be used.
Strategies for experienced beginners!

Here is another example of the issues, since the previous game was a bit short and I don't want it to seem like i'm cherrypicking.

In the second game (above) White could have gotten a sizable advantage right in the opening, with 4. Nxe5.

When I was around 1200 I didn't know a lot about strategy either but I was pretty good at tactics for my level. I found that castling on the opposite side as my opponent and then throwing my pawns and pieces at their King gave me the best chances. It didn't always work out but it at least gave me an easy plan.
When both King were castled on the same side I would very often purposefully double the pawns around my King and then attack my opponent's King using the newly opened file. I remember doing this until at least 1700. I knew that objectively it wasn't great but I had a lot of fun games where I sac'd multiple pieces to break through my opponent's King position.
Most players are very bad at defending and will blunder easily when you attack them.

I would like to mention two links for strategies which helped me a lot.

Study games from masters. You can find them on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/ChessMastery123 I deeply analyze them. I have two videos on how to improve, so check them out too.
When I was a beginner I never studied opening principles and strategies. I memorized opening variations for every specific opponent. For example for my neighbor who plays diffetent variations of Petroff, I memorized my repertoire for Petroff. And so on.

If I upgrade to a diamond membership do all the posts I see of yours get removed?
E.g learning the Italian game and the several variants and tactics which mostly target the f7 square gives me something to concentrate on. What other strategies do people think about if this is no longer a viable target. Wondering how c. 1400 - 1600 players might be thinking about the game, I.e. strategies / tactics etc.
If you look at my games, I only really try on 30 minute games and the recent ones I have played particularly badly.
