stuck at 100-150 elo

I checked your 3 last played game and I can tell that you are a beginner with very creative thinking.
If you want to get more elo, you have to improve your skills. So doing chess.com lessons, playing more puzzles, read chess books or just simply watch some chess teachers video on Youtube (I recommend GothamChess) and learn things.
After that, you for sure can get out of 150 elo

Google "chess puzzles" and theres quite a few free options. Do a couple daily so you can gain board awareness and learn the most frequent combinations over time.
Chess.com themselves unfortunately wants money if you want to puzzle indefinitely; only three puzzles per day for free, plus the daily, plus one puzzle rush.
Other than that, yes you can read about good opening principles, learn the most basic endgames etc but I think chess puzzles give the best initial boost.
P.s.: Apparently if you link YouTube videos the forum decides to happily strip whole paragraphs and post anyway.
I dont recomment GothamChess because he mainly does entertainment. Yes there are a few instructive videos in between but mainly its entertainment.
I recomment GM David Naroditskys speedruns because they are super instructive. Even at rating 150 you can watch the first few videos of the first speedrun just fine, which should already give a great intro into chess.
Then there is IM Eric Rosen who also has a speedrun. The games are easier to understand but he gives less instructions.
Then there is GM Igor Smirnov with his "Remote Chess Academy" channel. He has a ton of material and its really high quality, too.
Those are the best sources I know.

I must check Smirnov's channel cause I didn't know that channel.
I forgot to mention that platform LiChess has free unlimited puzzles that you can try.
I don't mean to be rude, but you're leaving pieces hanging... a LOT. Try to double check your move before you play it, to make sure you aren't making a mistake.

get better and study more for chess duh

This is your last lost game:
https://www.chess.com/game/live/122567833654?username=nk1915wastaken&move=0
You spent less than 2 minutes of your 10. No matter what happened on the board, you made a random move in every few seconds.
You blundered a pawn (move 2), a piece (move 2), you took a piece instead of a pawn (move 7), you missed mate-in-1 (move 10), blundered your queen (move 11), and the list goes on.
Don't play random moves. Slow down, use your time and think. Try to find good moves.

My advice which helped me a lot is play bots for a while and then cycle between rated and non rated games.
do all that was said in the above posts by more knowledgeable players --- but also remember elo-- is really a false system of judgment as to weather you are getting better its on a bell curve of sorts here -- so set a better way to improvement with lesser goals to achieve while you learn--- for me its started with 20 moves lasting in each game then i pushed up to 30 moves per game -- all the while still at 100 -130 -- now i thinking about pushing more to 35 moves per game and i am changed to 24 hour games only to really study --sort of -- my moves -- using this method i got to 495 as of today ---so change your thinking on what winning is and what you can accomplish -
think small wins small accomplishments and do what others have said from above posts - the snail crosses the street just the same as the mouse-- its time that is your commodity

i cant win i went on a losing streak last year and havent recovered how do i fix this i dont want to play anymore because im so bad and afraid im gonna emberass myself

it's normal to be that rating at the beginning. before making your move you should think about what pieces your opponent can capture. if you see that your opponent can capture your piece then check:
- whether you can move away from the attack
- whether you can capture the attacking piece
- whether you can block the attack with one of your pieces
- whether you can protect your piece (preferably with a pawn)
doing this before every move should get you to 1000 fast. then soon you will be doing this automatically without even thinking about it.
play long games so you have time to do your blunder checks for every move.

Try to read "My system" by nimzowitch. It will help you to see chess from a different perspective.
a bold suggestion at 150 Elo lol
