stuck at 100 rating

I am not trying to be rude but if you have played around 400 games and your elo is 10 points higher than the minimum then you should just give up on playing chess

Shut up.

Do chess puzzles. Lots of them. Also, look for checks, captures, and threats, always. Look at both sides of the board before moving, looking for any unprotected pieces. No offense, but people at your level (and sometimes mine!) hang pieces often, so grab any free material.

Looks like you're playing a lot of blitz and bullet? Stop that. You need to learn the very basics...in other words, you need time to think about your moves more carefully.
I'm low rated as well, but I stick with Rapid games, 15/10 specifically. This gives me ample time to assess the position, and I find myself much less prone to blunders. I'm not going to even consider the blitz or bullet games until my fundamentals are much stronger than they are now. I think that's the best advice you'll get.
Good luck!

all you need to do is to learn all the basic rules and tactics on youtube. after doing some puzzles and learning for two weeks you should be able to break 400.

From your games it looks like you are losing on purpose. Not sure if that's actually the case.... if you are in fact not trolling then you need to stop playing speed chess entirely and do some basic lessons and courses that you can find.

I looked at one of his Rapid games and I came to the same conclusion.

Sorry If I came across as rude but I honestly cannot take this guy seriously. I can't imagine someone who wants to get good at chess have played 400 games and has been stuck at 100. Even in my first account on this website I was at 300 and I had never played a single chess game in my life. All I knew was how pieces moved. I feel as though this guy is r throwing games on purpose and trying to look for attention. Like I am pretty sure (s)he has hung their queen in every game that I have looked at so far

That's not true at all. Doing tactics, lessons, and watching videos help and if you do a lot of those you probably will see a jump in rating.
