Stuck at 700 level!

The title says it all, I’m stuck at 700 level for few weeks! Any tips or ideas to help me to improve and enjoy chess without being frustrated! I know there’re many books and videos to help, any recommendations? If anything with subtitles would be great, but it’s difficult to watch the chess while reading the captions! (HoH)

I’d love to aim for 1000 and over next year!
