Unfortunately, our society has been so dumbed down that anything well written is automatically deemed AI. Psychological projection at it's finest, just because you can't write an articulate, well-reasoned body of text with good grammar like the OP's, doesn't mean others cannot.

Also even I don't know what to do in the middlegame no one knows.
There are so many unique positions there isn't any middle game theory and you have to play lot and do a lot of puzzles to gain this sense
Some general principles are
React to opponent threats
Create your own threats
Activise your pieces (especially the worst ones, if all are perfect set then push some pawns)
You can attack king
