No. Eventually it'll hit the bit limit, assuming 32 bit probably 2,147,483,647 pre moves are the maximum. Sorry.

Lol. I experimented in bullet in my first few days to see if I could win with just non stop pre moves and winning on the clock. It actually worked like 55% of the time xD

but it is ofc a silly strat and someone playing properly can easily beat you in that time.
