Thats wrong because black can still push his pawn to block the mate. Likewise black can just take the pawn after making it a another check when black is forced to block with the bishop and only after white captures the bishop making it mate. So in conclusion there is no mate in one but there is a mate in three as long as black defends with the pawn before withe the bishop or else white would have mated in 2 moves
