I see a lot of people saying that practicing chess tactics is a good idea. Is the puzzle section on chess.com tactics? What is the best place to practice chess tactics?

There are around 36 of them to know. You train tactics by doing puzzles (or by loosing games). Because people train tactics by doing puzzles those puzzles are often referred to as ‘tactics’.
