There is no one "best" square for anything because it depends on the position - especially where the opponent forces are in regards to your own. The Queen is the piece worth the most value (other than the King which costs the game when checkmated), so it must be especially careful to the fact that ANYTHING attacking it will be of lesser value and this typically means the Queen will be forced to move away or risk being captured.
For the Beginner to Intermediate player, it is more important to simply follow good fundamentals such as chess "opening principles" and to generally avoid moving the Queen in the opening. Memorizing deep opening theory isn't required until much more advanced levels and just playing logically with a good basis of the basics shouldn't be underestimated.
