I've read playing 100 games is a good goal to get experience. I am new to chess but I feel like I learn quickly and I learn from my mistakes ... Is it best to play with real people, bots with no take backs or hints, or with bots allowing takebacks? I have been playing with bots and when I make a fatal error, I take the move back and try something else. I think it's helping me learn, but maybe it is not the right approach. Any advice?

It's better to play real people. The mistakes bots make aren't really comparable to how people play most of the time
