Why can’t my opponent en passant?

How is this mate in one? Shouldn’t my opponent be able to en passant out of checkmate?

Your opponent's pawn isn't on the right rank for en passant. Had it been on a4 it would have been possible

That’s not hot en passant works. If your pawn moves two, your opponent can take it as if it moved one.

Your pawn should go through attacked square which is g6. g6 is not attacked by h-pawn. So it’s not en passant.
